We are the premier builder in the greater North Central Florida area, serving all areas within the state of Florida. Our concept is simple ~ serving you, the consumer, with a high quality product while keeping affordability in the forefront. We do not believe in cutting corners and we will never jeopardize the integrity of the final product or our reputation. Our business is a turn-key operation with a "No Suprises" philosophy. We are a family owned and operated business specializing in building homes since 1981 with three basic goals in mind: Quality, Integrity, and Affordability. We are fully licensed, insured, and up-to-date with all of our continuing education as required by the State of Florida.

We are Members of Lake City/Columbia County Chamber of Commerce since 2001.

Matthew A. Erkinger, Sr. was the Executive Director of Columbia County Housing & Development Corporation, a non-profit housing organization benefiting and educating students of Columbia High School and our community, from 2001-2014 when it was disbanded by the Board of Directors due to the housing market slump.

Matthew A. Erkinger Sr. sat on the Lake City Code Enforcement Board from 2006-2011 when the Board was disbanded by the City of Lake City Council. At that time Mr. Erkinger transferred to the City Of Lake City Zoning Board from 2011-present.

North Central Florida Builders Council. Matthew Erkinger, Sr. personally served as a Director from 1997-1999 and as Vice-President from 1999-2001.

Lake City/Columbia County Board of Realtors Associates since 2010.

International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi) since 2010.

National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) since 2005.
